Tylinks VPN Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to or using Tylinks VPN (the "Service") at connect.tylinks.com or through any Tylinks VPN client, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tylinks Integrated Services ("Tylinks", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details and configuration files secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. The Service

Tylinks VPN provides encrypted tunnels between your devices and our servers. Access is provided per server subscription. We may add, change or remove servers and features. We do not guarantee any particular speed, availability, or that a specific website or service will work through the VPN.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully. You must not use it to:

• break any law or regulation that applies to you or to us, or help others do so;
• access, store or share child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
• commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, identity theft or other deception;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
• distribute malware, or scan, probe, attack or gain unauthorised access to any system or network;
• launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
• harass, threaten or harm others;
• resell, share or sublicense your account or the Service without our written permission;
• interfere with the Service, its servers or other users, or bypass usage or device limits.

5. Fair use and limits

The Service is shared by many customers. We may limit or shape traffic that is abusive or disproportionately affects others. Device and connection limits are stated on your plan.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) at the price shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Failed payments may lead to suspension. Refunds, if any, are described at the point of purchase or on request.

7. Privacy and logging

We collect the account, billing and technical data needed to operate, secure and bill for the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. We may retain limited connection metadata for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

8. Abuse and legal requests

We may investigate suspected breaches of these Terms and may disclose information where required by valid legal process under the laws that apply to us, or where necessary to protect the Service or others.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if payment fails. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". A VPN improves privacy and security in transit but does not make you anonymous or protect you from malware, phishing or your own choices. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tylinks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the portal. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
